A: ‘Oootopian’ is a nickname we have lovingly given to our residents and hosts to emphasize the importance of community. Come and join us!

A: "Opportunity. Openness. Originality."
Each ‘O’ in Oootopia represents a value that we believe sets us apart from everybody else.

Opportunity
In Oootopia, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Together as a community we can encourage each other to create and seize every opportunity in sight, even when difficulties arise. For us, the glass is always half-full.

Openness
We believe the world would be a better place if we respected one another, by embracing diversity and facilitating interactions as a community. It’s important for all of us to think individually yet work collectively so that we can make a positive impact on the world. Leave a mark!

Originality
Oootopia emphasizes the importance of mutual respect but also recognizes the uniqueness of each and every individual. It’s all about staying real without the limitations of social norms—we will never judge.

Q: Where can I park my car?

A: We do not have parking at Oootopia. However, public parking is available along the roadside.

Q: How do I contact the staff in case of an emergency?

A: In case of emergency, please contact us at our duty number. Otherwise, do leave us a message via the resident's app and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Is there a curfew time?

A: There is no curfew. However, all guests are invited to leave the premise by 11pm for the comfort of all residents.

Q: When can I visit property?

A: For viewing, please make appointment with +852 6872 2996 (phone/whatsapp) or living@oootopia.com. Monday to Friday - 9am to 9pm Saturday - 9am to 6pm Sunday & Public Holiday - Closed

RESERVATION

Q: Is there a minimum/maximum of months I can stay?

A: Nowadays, everybody is constantly on the move and we understand! Our standard minimum stay is 6 months, but if you have any questions shoot us an email regarding your dates and we can discuss your schedule in greater detail. But one thing’s for sure—the longer you stay, the more perks you'll receive!

Q: Do I have to give a security deposit?

A: The security deposit amounts to one month’s rent, and it will be returned upon move-out.

Q: Are utilities included in the rent?

A: We charge utilities based on individual consumption – we think this is only fair, and it also aligns with our hope to promote responsible consumption!

Q: Is there a cleaning service?

A: There is housekeeping service once a week, so you can kick back and relax! You also have the option to add-on more cleaning services with a nominal fee.

Q: Are linens included in the rent?

A: We got you covered! All new residents are provided a set of complimentary linens and towels.

Q: What else do I get after booking my stay?

A: We also provide complimentary bathroom amenities from Ashely & Co! Depending on your length of stay, we have a variety of items ranging from slippers , t-shirt to labeled bag specially designed for Oootopians only.

Q: What is the guest policy like?

A: We would like you to feel at home at Oootopia! You are welcome to bring your friends to our Living room. However, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the House Rules. All overnight guests must be registered with us for safety reasons.

Q: I have put in a reservation request, what should I do next?

A: Thank you for your interest in Oootopia! You should receive an email from us shortly with more information on what's next.

Q: Can my boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/friend/just-a-pal etc. live with me?

A: Yes – there are rooms available that have double beds suitable for two people because we know good things come in twos! We also have our 2-bedroom units with two single beds for those who want to live with “just a friend”. However, for our single rooms, the maximum occupancy is one – you and you only!

Q: How do I get into my room?

A: Upon confirmation, you will be sent a passcode which you can use to access your room.

Q: Can I bring my adorable puppy?

A: As much as we’d love to give your pet many well deserved pets, currently our premises are not ideal for them.
