We are Oootopia – one of the leading co-living serviced apartments in Hong Kong! We are continuously looking to improve on both our tenant experience and service quality and we are looking for talented individuals to grow our business! You will work within our Operations team who are responsible for the day to day running of all the properties, answering and dealing with enquiries from the tenants, lead property tours for prospective tenants, and also liaise with our external service providers and to maintain a good relationship with them. It is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your communication skills and business mindset!
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong people skills – outgoing personality (you must meet our tenants, partners and service providers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Patient and detail-oriented, confident, friendly, have a strong ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner in fast-paced working environment
- Enjoy building long-term relationships based on trust and improving the way business is done
- 2 years relevant working experience but will consider fresh graduates
