How fast the year of 2021 has gone by, with plenty of excitement that has happened in our community. From the new MTR Station opening at Oootopia Kai Tak, to collaborating with local universities, to branching out to new opportunities, Oootopia has continued to grow our brand, impact and presence in Hong Kong.
Exciting Developments
We are excited to announce that the much-anticipated Sung Wong Toi MTR Station opened in June of this year. The MTR station is only a 3-minute walk from Oootopia Kai Tak and makes our location even more accessible to the city – only 4 stations away from CBD areas.
As a leading branded residence operator in the region, we want to show that Oootopia goes beyond a serviced residence. We have been approached by different property owners for consulting and management services. We are excited to explore this new chapter in our branded living portfolio, so stay tuned for more updates in the future.
A Year of Growth and Connections
The year of 2021 has been a year of growth for Oootopia: growing our community and connections with our residents, our local community, and you hold a great importance to us. We launched initiatives that brought us closer to our local community, such as collaborating with HKU for our Community Ambassador Program and inviting the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) to talk about Oootopia in a sustainable city. We’ve also partnered with our local and neighboring brands for several Oootopian functions, such as Wai Shing Wine and Spirits for Wine Tasting Night, Teapigs at our Kai Tak Open House, and Hungry B for a resident appreciation party. 2022 is going to be an exciting year at Oootopia, as we’re always looking to connect with more local brands to host more active, fun-filled activities for our residents!
